Once again for the 4th semester, Coach Norman will be offering 8th hour weightlifting classes to all students. If you participate on a team or just want to get in shape for the summer, all are welcome to join us.
8th hour weightlifting class will consist of strength training, endurance, and flexibility. Class size will be limited so sign up early.
Requirements:
Good academic standing
Bring a water bottle
Workout clothes
Tennis shoes
